After another company told me my fireplace could not be fixed I contacted Fireside. Beginning with Maria who was so helpful and accommodating to Tom who came and checked everything out and said it could certainly be fixed. Then Cole came and worked and worked and worked for 6 1/2 hours, finally getting my “unfixable “ fireplace working just like new. I am so impressed and so pleased that I didn’t have to get an entire new fireplace and they saved me money as well as a winter without a fireplace. Thank you all!
