Wood Service
Includes sweep and inspection of the following:
- Chimney System
- Firebox
- Vent
- Gaskets
- Welded Seams
- Baffles
- Catalyst (if applicable)
- Convection/Fan System (if applicable)
Gas Service
Maintenance service shall include:
- Inspection of gasket seal and glass assembly
- Inspection of convection fan (if applicable)
- Cleaning and inspection of burner system
- Vent inspection
- Test and report incoming and outgoing gas pressure
- Replace glowing embers
- Check for any combustion or gas leaks
- Check operation controls/ignition system
- And more!
Pellet Service
Maintenance service shall include:
- Cleaning and inspection of exhaust system
- Cleaning and inspection of baffles
- Clearing all hidden chambers and combustion chambers
- Check, clean and lubricate convection and combustion fans and housings
- Inspect ignition system for proper operation
- Inspect chimney system
- Clean heat exchanger system
