PATIO RENTALS

Our patio is the perfect place to host work parties, celebrations, gatherings of family and friends and so much more! Patio Rental includes the use of:
- Grills: 2 Big Green EGG charcoal grills, 1 gas grill
- Pizza Oven (includes an upcharge for use)
- Outdoor Fireplace
- Indoor Kitchen with Refrigerator (for food storage)
- Restrooms
Accommodations: Fits up to 50 people. Formal seating for 22-25 guests.
Availability: Monday thru Saturday, 4:30 pm – 9:30 pm, and Sunday Afternoons and/or Early Evening. NOTE: Time accounts for set-up and clean-up. Set-up time is 4:30 pm-5:30 pm, no earlier. End by 9:30 pm.
Renter Provides: Food, Alcohol*, and Homeowner’s Insurance for Liability Coverage (present copy please). NOTE: *permit may be needed; this often can be covered through your homeowner’s insurance for a nominal fee.)
